Men's Auxiliary Newsletter

News from Erie VFW Post 3925 Men’s Auxiliary

The November 12th meeting was well attended with 9 members present.  We had
one new member, Kevin Orth.  He is John Conley’s brother-in-law.  Please welcome
him to the Auxiliary.

The Lucky 100 drawing finished with Carolyn Martin the big winner.  We will start a
new go-round after the start of the year.  Thanks to all who help make this a great
success.

Our most fundraiser, the Halloween Party was a modest success. Around 90 people
attended and had a great time.  Frank Connolly won the costume contest.  Nice job
Frank!

The next fundraiser is the Annual Christmas Party scheduled for December 5th at
the Post.  We will be posting a flyer with the details soon.  There will be a meeting on
November 18th at 7pm in the Kennedy Room for those who want to help out.  We
could really use some help.

One of our members, Mike Ginther, is experiencing some serious medical issues.
Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

The cooler in the hall has failed.  At our meeting we voted to purchase one and
donate it to the Post.  A used one has been located and will likely be purchased soon.

If you know someone interested in joining the Auxiliary, there are application forms
in the Kennedy Room, or please see President Dan Dusseau or contact him at (419)
467-0193.

Please go to www.erievfw.com for newsletters and other information and to review
the Post and Auxiliary newsletters for other upcoming events.

Our next meeting will be Thursday December 10th, 7:00pm at the Post home on Erie
Road.    Hope to see you there.

Respectfully submitted,
Dan Dusseau, President, VFW Post 3925 Men’s Auxiliary
