Hi Comrades,

  We had 16 members present at our Nov. 4th meeting. Seven of them were past
commanders. Terry Rollins provided our meal for the night.

 There was a lot to discuss due to all the Veterans Day events going on. We discussed
participating in the parade in Luna Pier. We also discussed the final details for the Veterans
Day dinner and the clean-up afterwards. We also talked about being present at the flag
raising at St. Joseph school on Nov. 11th as well as the Veterans Day program at Mason

Jim Lynch brought up the fact that he had looked into Home Depot coming in and doing
some improvements on the handicapped accessible bathroom in the Kennedy Room. We will
be meeting with people from Home Depot on Monday to see what they can do free of

The gun raffle seems to be going well. The guns are paid off, so any further sales is all
profit for the Post, which is a good thing. Keep up the good work selling those tickets!
